1-9 1hr sessions – $70

10-15 1hr session package – $60

TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMS:

All transformation programs include: Weekly Body Composition Testing, Customized Workout Plans, Customized Nutrition Plan, Kitchen Make Over, Cooking Instructions, Instruction on How to Shop, Supplementation Guidance, and Instruction for Muscle Care.

  • 24 week program (3 sessions a week) – $1200 down (first and final month)
  • $150 per week ($50/session)
