Many people aren’t sure what in-home personal training entails. I will work with you to develop a program designed to help you achieve your unique fitness and wellness goals. In your first session, we will review your exercise and nutrition habits and do some simple exercises so I can assess your current strength and flexibility. In subsequent sessions, we’ll warm up 10 or 15 minutes of cardio exercises, then spend about 40 minutes working on resistance training and calisthenics to shape your body. Finally we’ll cool down, stretch, and review your nutrition strategy. You’ll never be left in the dark about what to do next. Week by week you will be surprised at how your body changes and what you are able to lift, endure and accomplish.

I am passionate about seeing my clients achieve and maintain the body they want, and I know workouts that are mismatched to your abilities won’t lead to the results you want. Without a holistic program, you will put in lots of time without seeing significant improvements, or you will exhaust yourself by taking on too much—risking injury and decreasing the chances you will stick with your program.
My approach is different. I teach clients about all aspects of fitness—nutrition, safe and effective weightlifting, functional training and techniques to improve flexibility. It takes attention to all these areas to develop your dream body. You won’t be overwhelmed, because your custom program will meet you at your current fitness level and build from there. We can do this. I will support you every step of the way.
Designing effective fitness programs requires knowledge about the body and how it responds to changes in activity and nutrition. I am an ISSA Elite Trainer, my certifications include ISSA Personal Training Certification, Exercise Rehabilitation, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Corrective Exercise certification through the Cooper Institute.
